Wendy McClellan
President and Managing Broker
Wendy McClellan, President and Managing Broker of Builder Resource Group/BRG Realty Partners, began her career in residential real estate immediately after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Advertising from Franklin College in 1993, working in sales and marketing for a local homebuilder. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of homebuilding, serving for over 10 years as Vice President of Sales and Operations for one of the largest custom builders in Johnson County. Desiring to offer packaged services to her clients, Wendy became a licensed mortgage originator in 2002, enabling her to offer in-house mortgage financing to her clients through First Federal Savings Bank. Recognizing that the needs and desires of clients who are building is very similar to that of other real estate clients, she expanded her client services again in 2006 to include serving the needs of clients wishing to buy or sell pre-existing real estate. Her entire career has been customer service driven, focused on dealing directly with her clients on a one-on-one basis. She is a Certified New Home Sales Professional by the National Association of Homebuilders, and holds both her Real Estate Managing Broker and Mortgage Originator licenses.

Sherrie Schueth
Broker Associate
Sherrie Schueth, Broker Associate, began her real estate career practice in the early 2000s, recognizing that the mortgage clients she was serving at the mortgage brokerage firm she co-owned with her husband would benefit from her high level of personal service and knowledge of all sides of a real estate transaction. Sherrie has a Masters in Administration from Notre Dame and, prior to her career in real estate, had a successful career in human resources, managing workforces ranging in size from 200 to 1,100. The combination of communication and organizational skills she developed in her time in HR, in addition to her lending expertise, make her a valued and experienced member of the BRG team, ready to assist you with all of your real estate needs.

Dustin Brenton
Marketing Director
Dustin Brenton, Marketing Director, joined Builder Resource Group in 2020. Dustin has an associate's degree in Visual Communications from Ivy Tech - Columbus and a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from WGU - Indiana. Dustin has been in the marketing and advertising industry since 2000 and has worked with many homebuilders, realtors, and mortgage lenders around the Indianapolis area.

Jenny Ronimous
Jenny Ronimous joined Builder Resource Group in 2021. She has a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Missouri. Before joining Builder Resource Group Jenny had been in commercial real estate for over seven years and previously worked in the relocation industry for 12 years.
